I contacted LLC at around 4am in the morning after a bad night of very sore, engorged and painful breasts - struggling with an over supply and a super fussy 6 week old baby who in turn was refusing to latch on. I was swiftly booked in for the very next day. As soon as I opened the door to I was completely at ease - is so friendly, approachable, kind, gentle and gives of a truly lovely aura. We went through all of my breastfeeding issues and she advised me on every single one - setting out a clear plan to help me overcome the struggles I was having. advised & showed me new positions to latch my baby on which have worked a treat for us. was also super gentle when handling my 6 week old baby and he was very happy and content in her presence. No question seemed to be too much trouble and answered every single one of my many questions with confidence and gave me lots of information and followed these up with a detailed report and information links for me to read up further on. did not rush our consultation, she took her time when helping us and was extremely thorough. I also found her to be extremely empowering in regards to my capability of looking after my new baby which is exactly what you need as a brand new, first time mum trying to navigate your way through these early weeks. It’s been just over 24 hours since my consultation and already my over supply issue and my fussy baby have both significantly settled down. I really could not recommend the LLC highly enough to any mum that is looking for amazing breastfeeding support from a gentle and extremely knowledgeable hand.
