From the moment arrived we felt supported. She has a very easy, warm and straight-forward approach. She picked up almost instantly on what was going on for us (a very strong let down and oversupply) and had practical solutions that she helped us implement. She was brilliant at sharing research and links to further resources and was available after her visit too. It’s no exaggeration to say she transformed the breastfeeding experience for us and made it possible. I’m so pleased we met her and will always be grateful for her part in our journey.
